‘Be better’ is the first hymn recorded with Berlin-via-London singer William James. It recalls a love at first touch encounter. The feeling when you meet someone and you seem to fall into one another’s eyes, before going home to write up all the dreams you have for your new found ‘love’. ‘Be better’, goes on to explain how these feelings were unrequited, making it another love story ending in anguish.
